Few museum masterpieces were painted by artists under 50. After 45 years of painting, designing & art sales I'm still not there (unless you measure success as something beyond supporting yourself in modest comfort). Then I wrote & published my first book at 65. Not many sales, but do I notice creators get better with practice, so I strive for that. Best part is that practice itself is both exciting and satisfying.
