I went on a quest for well written space opera last year. Sure John Scalzi was fun, but then I discovered Becky Chamber's Wayfarer series and Murderbot and dove into a literary wormhole of characters with character and stories with verve, laughter and action. It was a blast and look forward to rereading Martha and Becky for the third time. Other suggestions?
