To avoid feeling like a victim of corporate abuse, I 'redirect' my spending to companies that embrace diversity, equality and inclusion—local small businesses, Costco, Trader Joe's, Southwest Airlines, etc etc. I don't care if it cost a little more (usually doesn't). It's highly therapeutic.
